1) TIVOL makes buying online risk-free with our guaranteed return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items that are custom, special orders, engraved, or resized may not be returned. Return of Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches are governed by point 2, below. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging, warranty cards, or other enclosures included. A copy of the online receipt email must accompany the returned item.
2) Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches, (CPO) can be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase. Returns of CPO watches will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition, with all packaging, warranty cards, or other enclosures included. A copy of the online receipt email must accompany the returned item.
3) All returned items are subject to inspection. Returns will not be accepted, and the item will be returned to the purchaser if the timepiece or jewelry is not in its original condition, if the manufacturer’s packaging is damaged or missing, any of the enclosures are damaged or missing, or if the hangtags/price tags have been removed from the item.
4) Returns of Rolex CPO watches must be made in-store. Other products may be shipped to TIVOL. If shipped, the item will not be considered returned until physically received by TIVOL. As a result, it is strongly recommended that shipments of returns to TIVOL be by a trackable means, (FedEx, UPS), that the shipment be marked as signature required, and that they be insured for the full value of the product. Risk of loss of the product remains with the purchaser until physically received by TIVOL.
5) If a return is accepted, refunds will be issued for the price of the items returned. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment that was used for the purchase.
