Picking up your order, (In Store Pickup)

We offer convenient in-store pick-up from either of our locations for all orders placed online. Once your order is ready, we will call or email you. If you have any questions about your order, or other products we have available, please call us at (816) 531-5800

Please note: When you come to pick up your order, we kindly request that you bring the following required documents:

• A copy of your order receipt,
• A valid government issued ID bearing the same name as that on your credit card, and
• The credit card that was used to place this order.

Shipping your order to you

We are happy to ship product to you, but because of the high dollar value to weight ratio for high quality jewelry and watches, we do have a number of policies that we want you to be aware of.

All shipments are sent via a trackable overnight delivery service. At delivery, the shipping company will require the signature of an adult. If an adult is not available to sign for the product, the package will not be left.

• We are only able to ship to the address on the credit card you use to complete the sale. The address cannot be changed once the order is entered. Any change would require the cancellation of the original order and the entry of another order with a credit card address that matches the new shipping address.
• We ship product Monday through Thursday for Tuesday through Friday delivery. If you would like us to ship a product on Friday for Saturday delivery there will be an extra charge.
• All shipments are insured until they are signed for and received, at which point, risk of loss passes to the purchaser.

Because shipping costs are more related to the insurance on the shipment rather than the weight of the shipment, our shipping charges are based on the product value. There are also differences between jewelry and watches. A schedule of our charges is shown below.
