As the oldest family owned jeweler in Kansas and Missouri, TIVOL has served the community since 1910 when European immigrant Charles Tivol opened his first store in downtown Kansas City.
Charles's son, Harold, began working in the store during its early years as a boy and, after three years serving the U.S. Army Air Corps in WWII, went on to study at the Gemological Institute of America. Harold joined his father’s business in 1946, adding extraordinary technical knowledge and business savvy to the TIVOL legacy.
Rolex has been part of that history for over 60 years. In addition to earning the loyalty of countless satisfied customers, Rolex has also entrusted TIVOL in making our Rolex showroom in Kansas City part of the worldwide network of Official Rolex Jewelers and our service department one of only a handful of Rolex plaque-authorized dealers in the country.
